How do I use it?

Add 1-2 ML to 1 cup of your MoonBlood tea and enjoy! You can also add them to juice, smoothies, and anything else you can think of.

No drink?No problem. Take 1ML under the tongue, hold for 30 sec. before swallowing. Repeat.
Remember: (1ML=1 full dropper)
